Due to different versions, the password encryption method is different. You can press and hold the pushbutton key and short Input A while the device is powered on for at least 15 seconds to perform a factory reset.

good evening, thanks for replying, I reset everything ok, now I have reconfigured everything. The blue call button lights up but the internal unit does not ring. Perhaps I have omitted some parameter in the intercom/basic section.

Is the call abnormal now? You can export the log and pcap capture packets for us to troubleshoot.Whether the device is on the cloud, please also provide the MAC.
hello no the device is not on the cloud but now after resetting everything because the r20a external unit was making a noise that disturbed the neighbors i also reset the 10 inch monitor internal unit and now i can no longer access the monitor via the web what are they the default passwords I tried with admin admin but nothing to do thanks in advance
