User and contacts are two seperated concept. So for a user, we know will have a face a pin and a Card.
But for contacts, usually will be a APP, or a Indoor (with IP/SIP), so we need seperated configure.
The current situation must be the User already assign a floor number while the Contacts, we didn't assign a floor, But if every thing is on cloud, cloud will send both user and contacts the floor info, so I wondering that maybe a bug of S539, please share us the mac and firmware info of S539 and we will check the cause.
Can you take a video of the device malfunctioning after entering the pin and show us? We want to know what the phenomenon is. It is best to adjust the log to 7 first, and then record a video when testing the PIN, then export the log, and then adjust the log to 3.
