C319H Installation Problem

C319H Installation Problem

Hi,
I need help for my new purchased c319H indoor monitor. In first installiation ı have received a failure message which can be seen at the attachment.
I have seached about it and it seemed ip conflict. I have restarted my modem several times, gived static ip for c319h but ı can't passed the error message on screen. But ip adress at web browser works and ı can use web interface to configure.  Device information below;

    Yours is the first version of C319H, you can only enter by selecting trial mode, or enter the corresponding pin code after adding it in the cloud. You can upgrade to the latest version first, then contact your installer and add it to the cloud of Akubela.

    Thanks for the help Mia. I need one more help. I have downloaded the file but there is lots of files inside it and ı have no idea which one is correct one. By looking file sizes "system.new.dat.br" files seems correct one but ı don't want to make mistake. If you can inform me about correct one, ı will be very happy.

    Hi Tolga,

    You'll want to use the complete (119.30.207.111.zip) file. Don't extract the file once you download it.

    Thanks for reply. I have updated device and it seems ok. I have contacted the company which ı have purchased device and they informed me that neither them nor their supplier are Akuvox autorized company to provide   " Akubella cloud" for installiation. Is it possible to share any of the company which can help me about it?
