We have and installation with several units on the same network.When internet goes down all units restart exept the 915 which will need to be rebooth several times from the unit so it can regain the IP...Why does this happens? We have a couple of R20 and a couple R49---after internet failure all units restart exept the 915...Can someone give us a hit???TKS

Is the PoE connect to a router? and whether the devices are under default DHCP mode to get IP address from the router? Or you have set only X915 to the static IP?
if not, you can try to set the X915 to a fixed static IP should help sovle the issue.
For the reason It can be the router list is full or maybe the calbe connect to X915 is not connect well, also maybe the firmware issue of X915, but I don't think so since if so AKuvox must have fixed that.
TKS Jimmy.....To answer your questions-Yes the PoE is connected to the router.All devices are under DHCP mode,we don't use static IP in order to keep security at max level.We change cable and connector twice.Firmware is up to date...Will request the ISP for a new router with more capacity...Will see how it goes....
