Web relay setup not working on IT88

Hi,
I am unsuccessful with setting up my web relay for opening my door.
I am getting constantly "Unlock failed" on my IT88.
Akuvox devices: Akuvox IT88 + E12W
Web relay: Shelly 2.5 smart web relay. At the moment it is not password protected.
Network: All devices are on the same network 192.168.20.X.
Setup on IT88:
Device->Relay->SoftKey In Talking Page (see enclosed image)
Device->Relay->Web Relay & Web Relay Action Setting (see enclosed image)

Shelly web relay needs http command ("http://192.168.20.2/roller/0?go=open")
How do I configure that properly in Akuvox IT88 to work? Any advice will be appreciated.

    Can you tell me what version of software you have because the way I tried you was able to open the door. Did you check this option?

    I do have option "Open Relay Via HTTP" checked / enabled.

    Network is internally open, so no firewall rules are applied.

    Can your http command open the door directly on the web page? What prompt message is displayed on it88 when the door cannot be opened?

    Yes, I can command the door directly via web page on laptop and it is 100% working.

    In addition I also have Akuvox C313 on the same network and webrelay is correctly working with theese settings:


    What I see is that on IT88 settings there is no option to select web relay action ID?

    Your question about the password dots: If you delete/clear the password on IT88, it still shows default dots next time you refresh the page (even though it is empty). So it shows like a defualt password. It cannot be deleted (only until nex page refresh)! If this is a bug or not I dont now. It is definitely not set.

    1.This information of IT88 needs to be consistent with the account information of E12W.
