I seem to be having intermittent microphone issues where the person being called cannot hear the caller. What things should i be looking at to trouleshoot?
This is likely to be a firmware issue, I can see you've already requested the latest firmware in another thread. However, you should update to 28.30.10.6 and then factory reset the unit. This has resolved issues for my client recently.

I was given a link to download a transitional firmware which worked great to resolve this issue however we can't access the web application, so I tried to return the unit to default through the menu on the device, but that didn't resolve the issue of being locked out of the unit..... and deleted the contacts list.
Yeah I tried all that. It was rather odd, wouldn't work at all in Chrome, Couldn't log in with internet explorer but I tried Firefox and it worked. ??? I've finally managed to get the firmware updated to the latest version and it now works all 3 browsers.
