Hello, I have a problem with Group Call, only the InDoor Monitor calls, nothing happens on two Android phones. After switching the Sequence Call option in smartplus, everything works fine, the indoor monitor calls first, the second phone and the third phone as I set. Is this a problem with my configuration or some bug in the software?
Definition Calling type:
Go to Me > Call settings. Tap Contact Preference. Choose a call type and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Group Call. All indoor monitors will receive the call. At the same time, family members will receive it in their Apps.
- Sequence Call. The devices, family members and landline numbers inthesame family will be called based on the preset order.

I found a solution, I had the IP address entered in the local group table. I removed the IP address from local group, and it works. My configuration started without a cloud account, hence the problem. In my opinion, this should be better described in the knowledge base. Configure Group Call (akuvox.com)
