Hello - it is possible to configure an unlock button on the screen pages of the C319. There you can choose which http comand it should trigger when pressed. I have configured 2 of this command - one with a sip number as entry 1 and one with a IP as entry 2.
When I configure the button with entry 1 (SIP) - it says failed. When I configure the button with entry 2 (IP) it says sent - but the web server gets nothing from the device. If I use the same entry on the monitor screen it works.
On the Intercom you should enable "Open Relay via HTTP" and set a username & password. Once done, on the Indoor Monitor you should navigate to Relay and set the Unlock Button to Remote Relay HTTP (this can be Config on Cloud if using the Akuvox Cloud), then navigate to Remote Relay by HTTP list and fill out the following:
IP/SIP - Set the IP Address of the Intercom
Remote Relay IP - Set the IP Address of Intercom
Username - As set in the Intercom
Password - As set in the Intercom
DoorNum - Select Relay A/1, B/2 etc.
Thank you - this means the C319 is building the URL itself from the fields - so there s no way like on the S562 to input my own URL? This is a problem - because I for security reasons I send the URL to a central server and only if the server gives the ok the door is opened.
This means in this case I need a self build URL like it is possible on the S562 ans also R20B devices.
