In an appartment there is an heaing impared occupant.
I would like to know if there is a way to program the local relay on the unit to close when someone is calling (SIP or via an input) .
This will allow to connect a powerfull blinking light to alert her.
I could also upgrade her terminal if that feature is not available on c313s or s562
you can log in to the interface of the C313S, and go to phone > relay > Relay Setting There are three options in the relay type. （open Door；Chime Bell；Other Switches(Reset By Event)）.
You can purchase a flashing light and choose the appropriate relay type according to the type
