I have an Akuvox door interphone R20B3 with firmware 320.30.11.34. I do not use the cloud, everything is local. I use two S562 phones.
In addition to calling the dedicated S562, I want the R20B to call a HTTP URL when someone press a button. It works using "Call Event" in Intercom / Basic / Call Event / HTTP, with an URL to my web server.
However, I do not get any more information, eg the button number that was pressed. How is this supposed to work ?

    Hi cbueche,

Call event is for call events, and there is no way to specify which key to trigger it.

Thank you I saw this page, I need to do something else then. My approach is now to do a second shadow call to a VOIP gateway in Home Assistant. Not really simple, it would be nice to have a web-hook associated with a button.

Or can I do this on the receiving sides, two S562 ? It call a web hook when a call is received ?

Do you want to trigger an HTTP command to call the VOLT gateway at the same time when pressing the button of R20B to call S562?
You should be able to achieve this via R20B's action URL; S562 does not support this yet. You can refer to the following configuration of the action URL.
