Issue with Changing Default Password on Akuvox E12 Doorphone

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased an E12 doorphone, and when I connected it for the first time to configure the settings, I encountered an issue. Upon accessing the web config, I entered the default credentials, and it prompted me to change the password. However, when I try to change it, the "Change" option is unresponsive, almost as if the buttons are frozen. Additionally, there should be an option to skip the password change, but this option is not appearing either.
Has anyone encountered this issue before or know how to resolve it? Should I contact the distributor for further assistance?
