Hello, I'm not able to remotely open the S539 from the internal monitor S567. Can anyone suggest a configuration of both devices that will work? Thanks
1. Confirm whether the S539 DTMF setting allows only contacts or all devices to open the door. If it is set to contacts, ensure that the S567 has been added to the contacts of the S539.
2. Confirm the DTMF value is correct. Ensure that the DTMF value corresponding to the S539 relay matches the configuration on the indoor unit side. For example, if you want to open the S539 relay A during a call, the remote relay DTMF on the S567 web interface should be set to #.
