We activated GDPR on our Auvox X916 (latest Firmware version 916.30.10.213) for privacy. After activating GDPR none of the RFID cards or remotes worked.
I noticed that they appear encrypted in the access logs after GDPR was activated.
I tried to assign the encrypted value to a user in the User Interface on both the SmartPlus app and the ucloud Property Manager User Interface but since the fields only allow numbers and the encrypted values have letters, numbers and special characters I could not save it.
The only way I can add RFIDs to the system is in the Remote Control interface of the device In the Intercom > User > Add section by clicking "Obtain". Unfortunately it is then not possible to add them without having the physical devices in hand and being in the immediate vicinity of the Intercom. Besides they are not linked and cannot be linked after the fact to an existing user.
Am I missing something?

It would be good to be able to capture the unencrypted value in the UI and get the system to encrypt them automatically when saving.
