i try to install a R29 as a Reader for our Wiegand-Access-System, but have no luck.

I use this Setup:

If i try my chip i get allways a Opening Door failed?

Also if i try to update the Firmware i allways get an Windows with: Prohibited Firmware Version! ??

what make i wrong?
