Doorphone R26P disconnections

Hi,

I have an Akuvox doorphone R26P Rev 1.
I encountered several disconnections after few days of use (sometimes 2 days, sometimes a week)
Status Led on the device is Red and complete loss of voice connection and video. When rebooting, it will work again for few days.
It is powerd with PoE from a switch. Protocol is SIP for Voice and ONVIF for video.
I tried changing port from the switch, and also tried a different poe device. I tested the cable and connections.
I tried updating the firmware.
It is now running Firmware Version 26.31.5.114 and Hardware Version 26.1.0.0.0.0.0.0

Do you have a more recent firmware ?
Or anything else I could try ?

    Hi Kino,
    The R26 has been out of production for several years. The version 26.31.5.114 is the latest one, which was released in 2020. Regarding the issue of disconnection on the cloud, could you please provide the level 7 log? (Export it after the problem recurs. Do not restart the system, otherwise the log records will disappear.)

    Thank you for your answer. Sadly when the problem occur as it is disconnected, I can not acces the interface anymore...
