Background
This is a project in Tokyo Japan. The project includes a total of 20 buildings with 500 apartments.
Requirement
· Most residents there are young people, and they naturally go after news things filled scientific element. So they have chosen to use Tuya home automation to better control and want to use only one panel to control all things.
· The property manager can manage the access method and check the log for the building security.
Solution
1. 20 pics R29s installed at the entrance of the building. And users can initiate the calls to C315 indoor monitor and the TUYA app.
2. Install Tuya App in the indoor monitor to control other home automation devices.
3. Using Akuvox SmartPlus cloud for unified management

Challenges
1. The lobby phone and indoor are in different networks in this project, so different network groups need to be set up for the two devices. The communication between the lobby phone and indoor monitor goes through SIP account.
2. The face data is synchronized from Akuvox SmartPlus portal for unified management.
