Akuvox devices’ web passwords are used to access their web settings. You can reset the password using a one-time password generated on the SmartPlus Cloud.

Configuration
This article takes X915 V2 as an example.

1. Access the device’s web login interface by entering its IP in a browser.
2. Click Forget Password and click Request for one-time password.



3. Copy the Verification Code.



4. Log in to the SmartPlus Cloud platform with a distributor account.

5. Select Project Device(Communities and Offices) or Personal Device(Single-family projects) on the left column.

6. Click One-time Password on the right.



7. Paste the Verification Code and click Generate.


8. Copy the one-time password.


9. Enter the username “admin” and paste the one-time password on the device’s login interface.


10. Click Login. The new password setup window will pop up.
