Hello, may I know if the existing list of compatible devices such as the R29 are compatible with Control4 X4?

Hello, my installer did not register me for the Smartplus app and they are not replying me. How do I register for the smartplus app username and password? Thank you

My R29 is no longer unlocking the door after updating to 29.30.10.239. Entering in the pin, the door log shows the door was unlocked successfully but the R29 does not say "Welcome in" anymore or shows unlocked on the R29 screen.
