Intercom R27 - Missed call from third party when SIP account Registered

Intercom R27 - Missed call from third party when SIP account Registered

HI there
We got an intercom R27A (latest version) and it hangs up on calls when those are received (set to autoanswer) from a third party system. please check records RED highlighted in image

Nevertheless calls are sucessfully connected (calling from the third party entity) when the SIP Accounts (both 1 and 2) are DISABLE, however under this scenario intercom doesn't allow residents to dial any phone numbers at all, as it indicates "account is not Registered".
So wondering if there is any scenario which can allow residents to make calls from the intercom unit without having to use the SIPcloud accounts.

Thanks

Thanks

IP calls can be used under the same network segment.

    Hi All
For however I might be interested,
    about my initial question:
"So wondering if there is any scenario which can allow residents to make calls from the intercom unit without having to use the SIPcloud accounts."

The solution is to use the Dial Plan tool, nevertheless we noticed what it seems to be an intercom web bug, as when using the inbuild "dial" option (and dial a Dial Code Prefix) the call log doesn't report it, however if the prefix is dialed from keypad, then it works

First of all, if it is third party device which need communicate with Akuvox, it is better to use standard SIP.
Of course device between Akuvox will be able to use IP to IP call once they are in same Lan.(use same protocol). But nobody can make sure whether it will work between Akuvox and a third-party device with IP to IP call (the protocol used maybe same, and maybe not same).
About dial plan, it is also a way of IP to IP call, just use prefix code replace the complex IP address or SIP account. For example, using prefix code: 101, replace IP address: 192.168.1.22. The dial button, need work with keypad numbers firstly, you can use IP address directly, or use the prefix code before press dial button, it won't work standalone.
