Hi team , Has anybody experienced this call refused feature-end all calls , i did a test with 1*E12w + 2*c313 screens end all calls when call refused from one screen the other screens also releases the call - works fine on local network but on the contrary when the smart plus app comes into play with cloud registeration being done the call refused function does not work as expected, calls being declined by app the screens keep on ringing, either way declined from the screens call keeps on ringing on smart plus app. Any suggestions
