Remote Access and Maintenance for Top-Notch Car Race Track Security

With improving living standards, people have more leisure time to dedicate to extracurricular activities, making clubs an increasingly important market.
Attracting customers to choose our solution to deploy in their projects. What strategies can we implement to draw them?

① Help management center to improve efficiency.
② Elevating the user experience for customers.

To manage the large volume of user information and devices involved in my track race project, we've found that cloud technology and easily-installable devices are essential.
Our site now has an X916 and multiple X912 door phones installed, all of which have been integrated into the SmartPlus cloud system that allows end users to use an App.

Easy Information Management
For the management center of the race track, they can use a template to import users' information instead of uploading them one by one.
And they can reset every account information by clicking one icon if someone does not want to join the race track. That helps the manager center save a lot of time because they don't need to delete an account and add a new one again.

Convenient Access Control
There has an X912 door phone on the front of every garage.
X916 is installed at the gate of the race track. And the gate has two entrances, one for visitors and another for users, which can avoid overcrowding.
a. Users can open the door by scanning the QR code created on the SmartPlus App. Also, they can use SmartPlus to open doors. Whichever method is used, users can unlock the door in the car.
b. Users can create a QR code for visitors if someone wants to visit. And visitors also can call users via X916, then users' SmartPlus App will receive the call and be able to unlock the door.

Time-saving Installation
It Inevitably needs to take a lot of time to install 300 devices. However, the X912 door phone can be installed to the bracket without any screws, saving installers time.

And anybody do integration with third-party License Plate Recognition system? That can bring a lot of convenience for us.

It turns out that the racing track can also use so many functions. This solution has opened up a lot of ideas for me, thank you.

Is the area of this project as big as a 300 garage?

X912 needs better tool for removal.  It is a unique Allen key that gets lost easy and if turned to hard the first time breaks the locking mechanism.and it then has to be drilled off

There are LPR's that have Weigand output. You could use a Weigand/TCP unit server/client to get it across longer distances or can be wired to an A02S.  That's how I would try it out

Hello, devise use of special tools is for safety reasons, otherwise, others can easily take down the equipment, so our suggestion is to keep the tools well. Our bracket is a stuck design, so you don't need to tighten the screws too tightly.

This is a very good idea to extend the transmission distance through the server. We haven't tried this so far, I hope you succeed and share your experience.
